So, since there are usualy pretty long loading times, I have been doing as many pushups/ sittups/ burpees as i can between rounds while pugging. Hopefuly I see an improvement !

Glad I am not the only one :) Setting goals for how many reps per a game search keeps me feeling guilt free when binge gaming lol.

I work my shoulders/arms with a pair of 10 pound dumbells I keep at my desk-you may want to add that to you routine.

I started with lifting 12 ounces but have moved up to 16 - thanks MWO!

I recommend Ladder Sets ala Pavel Tsatsouline. Simple and works as long as you avoid max-ing out.

Just balance out pushups with some kind of row, preferably TRX-type rows and Face Pulls.
