This event must be run on Public Test Server (PTS). All accounts on it must be redacted:
All c-bill, mcredits, exp, gxp, skill unlocks, mechbays, mechs, cockpit items, premium time, PSR tier, everything in the inventory and everything else must be deleted, set to zero, locked or set to standard. Just like if you had created fresh account.
And after that… yes, you guessed it right
You will have a chance to experience it like a first time.What is it for? For science of course!
It will be like a simulation of an actual launch on STEAM. PGI devs will have a chance to collect data:
How many will participate?
How many will make it through cadet period?
Which mechs will be preferred as first buy?
How many of them will be elited/mastered?
How long it will take to buy a second chassis?
Which way players will prefer to grind c-bills?
And it will be really nice if participants would provide some feedback and recommendations to improve future experience of steam newbies.
Motivation:
Since it will take place on PTS and at the same time as CW event, heavy motivation for participants is required. Rewards shall be injected to live accounts after the event. Proposed rewards:

Complete cadet period. 5M c-bills to live account.
Complete basic efficiency for first mech. 500 MC to live account. (Can be given only once, not per mech.)
Complete elite efficiency on CLAN medium (or heavier) or IS heavy (or heavier). 1000 MC to live account. (Can be given only once, not per mech.)
Complete master efficiency on CLAN medium (or heavier) or IS heavy (or heavier). 1500 MC to live account (Can be given twice, but for different chassis in different weight category.)
Buy seismic module. 6M c-bills to live account.
Buy any weapon module. 3M c-bills to live account.
Spend 10M c-bills. 1 day of premium time to live account.
Spend 20M c-bills. 3 days of premium time to live account.
NOTES:
CLAN medium (or heavier) or IS heavy (or heavier) restrictions are required to avoid abusing by buying only lights or BlackJaks.
