[Bug] Ui Showing Single Heat Sinks Regardless Of Equipped Heat Sinks

Currently the PTS mechlab UI is showing the type of heatsink equipped as single heat sinks regardless of whether the mech is actually equipped with single or double heatsinks. This is occurring on both IS and Clan mechs. It's not having any gameplay effect it looks to be a simple UI error on both the hover over mech summary and the expandable summary.
