I alo like the new ECM it is still very useful to take delaying all info for 3 seconds now not only hampers missiles but also lasers, but because it doesn't completely block info it isn't over bearing and both weapon systems can overcome it.
maybe a little tweaking on its range as piloting an ECM mech I have to ride the coat tails of my allies to give them the bonus. 120m might be better, or they could use quirks so some mechs have extra range on it like the cute fox and raven while the heavies have to make use of 90m.
