I know its not being tested on this phase except for the ECM, but would it be possible to quirk it to the Chassis instead of the sensors?

there is 2 reasons I ask

1) The reasons for this is having a mech nerfed by giving it longer target acquisition is completely overwritten if he stays close to a mech that has fast targeting. Its not exactly teamwork and it completely removes what made the slow targeting mech weak.

2) If its linked to the Chassis you could make certain mechs stealthier even without ECM. EX. commandos and locust are all about scouting so giving them all a delay from being detected they could peak around a corner get blips against bigger mechs and zip back behind cover before their own position is given away to the enemy team.

I just ask cause I feel this would be a better way to balance mechs against each other than having it based on the sensors, because then a supposed stealth mech is not detected at the same rate as a Direwolf.
