Where do I go to find out how rare/common a mech was in a given era?

I keep seeing posts where people point out that the Flashman was class E or something, meaning it was really rare in 3049 - so where does one go to figure all this stuff out? I don't get it - it doesn't seem to be on Sarna as far as I can tell, and I don't remember it in any of my Technical Readouts (though I haven't opened them in a decade : :D )

Yeah,

Check out the Technical Readout dates at the bottom of the sarna.net page. if there is no in service date on the left hand of the Sarna Page.
