So for about 4-6 weeks now while running in MSAA anti aliasing all light sources are extremely dull and faded. Has anyone else encountered this? Lasers look like lines, PPCs barely show up, Missile engine's are barely visible after launch.

Running windows 10 with a radeon R9 290x

Any other mode of anti aliasing the light sources are fine but in MSAA they are extremely faded, almost non existant.

Yes. On r9 280. Same problem. And in mechlab smoke in bottom right with artefacts. smoke in game broken. Latest drivers.

I've seen this repeatedly, if in minor variants, on Teh Secret AMD Box: Some part of the right side of the screen has such artifacts, if MSAA is on while the 7850 is installed (not the GTX 570.)
