Greetings MechWarriors,

We will be rolling out a hot-fix today, Tuesday October 20th, tentatively scheduled for 5:00 PM PDT [12:00 AM UTC], with the following changes:

• Fixing an issue where the EXE-C [L], ZEU-9S2 [L], WVR-7D [L], CDA-3F [L], and NVA-D [L] 'Mechs could not equip Patterns over their special Hex armor style.

The maximum estimated downtime required for this hot-fix will be approximately 30 minutes.

When services are restored you will be required to apply a small patch.

Its easier/safer for them to patch when they are all in the office so there is max support.

Yeah, timing was not good. I usually have a bit of time to myself before the family gets home and I was really hoping to play the wolfhound. Actually, I had everything ready to go and then got kicked out of the mechlab and disconnected from the server. Oh well, maybe tomorrow...

It's worth keeping in mind... There is a sale on camo and colors that is ONLY for today. So if you can't buy the camo pattern you want for the mech, you're screwed. This was something they pretty much had to address today, or get a bunch of hate mail for it tomorrow. It had to be done this way.

Please use the hotfix to exchange the useless WVR-7D (L) with WVR-7M (L).. the latter would at least be able to pack the punch a 55t mechs needs nowadays.

Ballistics are fine, but the quirks of the 6R are simply better. In addition to this, 3t + 3 slots for the MASC severly limits the 7D while at the same time being the only thing that sets this variant apart. Disgusting.

Just wish the hotfix fixed the wait time between matches. I have noticed that since this new balancing I have been waiting longer between matches... choose both ocean/us server ... exception of conquest and diff class mechs so to vary not to wait too long but still... Anyone else notice this?
