Oops... I was between the Starslayer and Enforcer, and may have forgotten to remove one of them from the vote poll before clicking the "vote" button. I'd realllly like to see a Vindicator in the game, but the Starslayer and Enforcer make a bit more sense from the perspective of most players, I would think.
I think the Orion will end up being a playable mech in the game, so... I had to go with my underdog vote of the Grasshopper. Less likely to make it in perhaps (but hey... I didn't suspect some of the ones that have gotten in, and I'm glad they did), and I do think a Grasshopper would be wicked fun to play with.
Zeus... I think it just ought to be there.
While the Zeus may get added later, the Panther, Starslayer or Enforcer (niche already nicely filled by the Centurion), and Grasshopper would not seem as likely to get added later if they don't get in now, but I'd really enjoy driving them - especially the Panther and Grasshopper.
Edit: oh yeah... considering the timeframe, it's also very likely that the Victor will get in the game, which I'd enjoy seeing as well... but gotta keep my Zeus vote for now. Some tough choices on your poll though! Fun to take!

Alright, but before I remove them, I have to ask one thing:
What new 'Mechs should I put in!? Reply w/ one 'Mech from each class! First reply gets a cookie (seriously, I will give you a chocolate chip or macadamia) and there Mechs in!
Unfortunately there aren't a lot of mechs for you to add. But you should definitely remove the mechs that we know won't be in the game (Clan/Unseen) these would be:
Marauder (Unseen)
Warhammer (Unseen)
Stinger (Unseen)
Shadow Hawk (I believe this is an Unseen)
Phoenix Hawk (Unseen)
Phoenix Hawk LAM (Unseen)
Crossbow (only if you mean the clan mech)
Rifleman (Unseen)
Grand Dragon (we already have the dragon)
Axman (just entering production during game time, therefor unlikely to see it for a few years)
Crusader (not 100% but he resembles the unseen mechs a lot)
Daikyu (introduced 3055, game time right now is 3049)
Hotomoto-chi (not common enough, only introduced 3039)
Thunder Stallion (most likely not going to add a quad leg mech, Clan)
Longbow (Unseen)
Mauler (introduced 3048, not common enough)
Daboku (introduced 3038, not common enough, many failures and 0 variants, was eventually upgraded to the mauler)
Mackie (too old)
Bane (Clan)
Battle Cobra (Clan)
Glass Spider (Clan)
Most of that info stems from Sarna. If I am wrong please correct me and I'll make changes.

i will probably never pilot a heavy / assault mech.
Medium - Enforcer. Almost voted whatever here. No real reason for why i voted the Enforcer. I will be using the Trebuchet when i use a medium mech.
Heavy - Orion. If you look at it's fluff you'll see that it's a real workhorse heavy mech. Lot's of it being produced and used. Really flexible weapons loadout.
Assault - Victor. I nearly voted for the Zeus or the Thug. But i chose the Victor for it's stay frosty weapons loadout and jump jets.

On the other hand, the Toro's larger, younger brother, the TLS-1B Talos is a more likely sight. Not currently in production, but widely distributed amongst the Periphery nations during its heyday and not as aggressively targeted by the SLDF as the Toro. It is conceivable that a few might have survived as junkyard fixer-upers. I mean, if the Fedrats could shake down their Outback militias for half a dozen Hammerhands during the Word of Blake Jihad...

Grasshopper... http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Grasshopper A Jump Jet equipped mech with lots of laser love. This mech is a solid flanker and with that large laser and LRM-5 its capable of poking from range. With a bit of adjustment you can easily give this mech an ER PPC or a larger LRM if thats your fancy. Same weight as the Cataphract, but a different design philosophy. Would easily be a nice competitor.
Zeus... http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Zeus Sure people will say its an assault mech, but at 80 tons and with a 64kph movement speeds it really just a slightly beefier heavy mech. The stock version is a modest support mech setup that with a bit of tweaking could either be even better at support or could be turned into a mean brawler. Could easily see slapping an SRM-6 and LBX-AC/10 onto this bad boy. Options abound with the hard point variety and it will stack up well in comparison to the Awesome which is the current 80 mech planned.
