The DudesClub is excited to get the chance to play against your team in our first engagement in the MRBC ever. We're looking forward to our games and hope for some great battles to watch for those interested.

One of our players will stream this as well. You can find this at http://www.twitch.tv/s0hnoz - with a short delay of course.

Cannot find the PGI team list. Don't know if I will be able to see this live so hope it gets uploaded. Why don't people use Youtube live? If Tina and Alex are playing, I would not worry about them.

I don't get this League. In the NA Divisions, there are more wins than losses, how do you get that? Why are certain Divisions bigger than others such as EU - Division C?

Wow, this sounds like fun :-) Best of luck to all of you. Maybe one stupid question: I'm a sucker for nice, entertaining and educating MWO videos on whatever platform (obviously like thousands of other guys). We do already have that extended Spectator mode functions, right? I usually don't discover much content that makes use of it. Are content creators still trying to figure out how it works best (any hints for channels that already make good use of it very appreciated)? Participation of PGI in MRBC and making some nice vids of the matches with these tools would be really awesome, i think ?! And you could show people what can be done with it. I would enjoy that kind of stuff.

More wins than losses:
It is mandatory to submit screenshots of every drop in match. Submitting screenshots is used as trigger for payout. As long as a team don't submit them, their points and W/L are not added to the league table.

Division Size:
Usual size is 4 teams each division. After one season the division winner will get promoted to higher division, while last team goes down to the lower division. But:
At the NA side we run a trial this season with 6 teams each division and single round robin.
EU side uses still 4 teams each season, but we had 22 sign ups on the EU side. So, one Division was created with 6 teams single round robin.

In general MRBC is not only the league for the top notch teams. Especially new teams can compete against teams on a nearly equal skill level and avoid getting stomped by a top unit. That's what the league aims for.

Anyone else a bit concerned by this?

I mean there are threads on these here forums asserting that certain game changes that PGI has instituted over the years have only been the result of the complaints of the ultra top tier players. Now PGI is going to be actively gaming with and being part of this class of presumed top tier players (regardless of how they do in actual matches). Seems to me that these "top tier" folks might be able to use this interaction to have even greater influence on the powers that be. This won't be the forums or even twitter but direct interplay with the actual things (game play mechanics) we are all affected by in real time with folks who may or may not have an agenda (see comment above regarding previous game changes). I've no idea if this interplay will be good or bad just that it could be used to manipulate points of view.

Even from a less Machiavellian perspective: If PGI gets really stomped in these matches I gotta think they might gain a perspective from that which could result in future decisions regarding balance, etc. being affected. Similar out come should they manage to smoke the competition.

With all that said. Good luck PGI.

I've done MRBC with my unit. It's a lot of fun.
