Why was the quick draw laser duration and heat quirks removed? Also why nerf the zues? I've been just watching this pts real balance from afar. I have already stated I will not put money back in this game because of bait and switch tatics used. Once bitten twice shy. I have bought mechs for CW that have now been down graded. This is why CW is a ghost town. Greedy devs trying to milk and trick players constantly changing quirks.

As a Zeus owner, I don't see where you can nerf it, it was never that good to begin with.
Looking over the PDF:
5S - Armor and Structure buffs were combined into bigger Structure buffs.
Old - CT armor +20, Structure +10
New - CT Structure +30
Not that big a change.
6S - Ballistic / Missile Range buffs dropped for Velocity buffs. The Range buffs were never a big thing to start and the AC5 specific required too much tonnage. Velocity buffs get more hits.
6T - Ballistic / Missile Range buffs dropped for Velocity buffs, Missile cooldown buffed, Missile Heat Gen added, Armor changed to Structure buffs.
9S - Energy Cooldown and Range buffed, Heat Gen added, no ERLL or Missile Range buff, Armor changed to Structure buffs.
9S2 - Missile Range removed, Energy Heat Gen nerfed (never a big thing with only 2 Energy spots), Ballsitic Velocity buffed, 3 other buffs added all to get hits better, Armor changed to Structure buffs.
Overall - quirks made more generic for weapons, only 5S UAC and 6T PPC remain, generic weapons quirks buffed, Armor changed to Structure might make it a sleight less tanky but not much since values did not change. Seems the Zeus is now made to hit faster and fade or hit faster from range than flat out try to tank.
No nerf here.

I don't under stand how more structure is good and having less armour is good? You still have same weight limit so more space is still just empty please explain why more structure is good.

Because it makes your components more durable from the front and back equally. Additional armor is placed only to the front.
If such miscallenous change can make you abandon the mech, you should probably see a neurologist. For the most part, those changes are the small general buffs to these mechs for performing their role better.

Qk going from 25 % duration to 10 is huge also heat gen from 25 to 10.

Does nothing to nerf the build I used to win the Zeus challenge.. ..if anything makes it more potent now that you can land more hits thanks to the faster velocity
