Stuff

I don't really want to derail this thread, but this isn't helpful in any way. This isn't a thread about constitution, and frankly, it is his house. If you don't want to play by the rules of the establishment, they don't owe you any sort of hand-holding and will simply not bother posting here.

This is the internet, sir. Whichever country you're assuming has some jurisdiction here, I assure you it does not.

If a mod wants to come in and nukes some posts, please feel free to take mine too.

training the new pilots to shoot down uav's would be a great help, also the esc help does not explain the MASC graph near the reticle.

Dorkchops:

Clicking the centre reticule should popup an info image that includes the MASC gauge.... doesn't it for you?

What an evil idea, let people practice on a firing range, then go out into real games.

Honestly, being able to swap between multiple targets quickly IS an important skill to have in MWO. It's definitely not the only skill, but there are a hell of a lot of players who can't aim quickly and switch between targets.

Before these types of new player tutorials and challenges existed, I would start up a training ground match and alternate autocannon fire between the two legs of an enemy to help drill quick aiming adjustments. Having multiple turrets is a similar exercise and can help improve a skillset that many players aren't fantastic at.

CGBI actually has shooting down UAVs as an exercise in their training schedule for new members; it costs tons of Cbills for the volunteers to keep launching these tiny buggers.

As private matches give no xp/cbills. So also it should take no cbills. If this was never mentioned before, it should be. Consumables should removed from inventory when playing a private match.

Granted that is where the CGBI is conducting this exercise.
