There needs to be a selection for the losers that power down and just sit there not playing the game. You have suicide, afk, and disconnect but there should be no participation or something of the sort to report those who don't play or stop playing and hide while powered down.
It's also taking forever for this post to actually post so yea something is jacked with the forums.

Umm... there already is an option for that..... "non-articipation" (or similar)

umm... WRONG. The section is labeled non participation but the choices are what I outlined above: suicide, afk, disconnect
