The idea is simple, since the Group Leader function is under used (at least in the solo queue) for various reasons, have the MM select the Group Leader for each team automatically based on their Tier rank progression.
Of course the Group Leader may use the existing button to give up command if they do not want it.
Hopefully this would encourage people to lead, and to follow, especially since those following would know that the leader at least has experience.
Perhaps a player can get extra XP or C-bills for a win as Group Leader?
Just an idea to promote teamwork in a team-based game.
