Just logged in to find a "free" Wolverine medium mech.

I did purchase the upcoming marauder but that's it.. only purchase in the past year or more.


Did I miss something interesting?

You may not like this nor agree with it, but as a harassment long range scout, the Spider-5V with a single LPL all quirked up the way it is then bumped with modules, is a monster to have in a CW dropdeck on quite a few maps.

Have to agree on that point. Of course, we will soon get someone posting a screen shot where they did 500+ damage in it. I was part of that drop. It stayed in back of the enemy ranks for most of the game on HPG. Then it stayed up on the top the basement entrance constantly hammering our DW hiding underneath. Who had absolutly no idea where it was being hit from for a good 45 seconds.

I think MRBC should allow them to take four for the first drop next time. Drop rules for that says team consists of four lights, four mediums, and only two duplicates, for those that don't know. The title for the next morning meeting would be "Seriously!! How do we make this mech viable??"

You could easily pull a good 350 damage off the front armor and arms of a dire if it never returned fire, but you could do that in any mech so there's really nothing special about the Wolverine there.

I like my Loyalty Wolvie. I only wish the texture resolution was higher (and it was less shiny)
(though, i was shocked at how overpowered the 6K and 6R are when i was leveling them up to master the (L) Wolvie. They were so overpowered, i only basiced them and sold them off. 0 fun to be had with them)
