I think its silly they don't include the IIC or the Marauder preorders

Just a guess: People spent their money on the marauder and were hesitant to buy the warhammer which followed pretty soon after. This is just a 2nd carrot so that you buy also this pack.

Because in the previous event: Payback Event - Marauder owners received their bonuses - if they somehow managed to get the unholy match score:

But early adopters awards for Marauder have long ended.

As mentioned above, Marauder owners already got their bonus in Payback event prior to this one.
