First off, single-clicking and filtering out colors has already been a major improvement to the color select menu, so kudos for fixing that relatively quickly.

I would still like to see the following changes:
  • Color selection should not cycle through primary to secondary to tertiary channels. When I'm picking a color for a channel, it always takes multiple selections to see what color works best for me. The way the cycling works now, I have to keep clicking on the channel between color selections. Whatever convenience cycling has is FAR outweighed by the annoyance of having to reselect the current channel.
  • Allow the color swatches to dynamically scale to fill the color selection window. Between the size of the hexes and the non-orthogonal layout due to the hexes, it can be tricky to navigate to a precise color, especially when my attention in on my mech.
I think these are two critical items that are really preventing the camo select menu from feeling complete.

Some additional filter settings would also help, like "sort by spectrum", to get the colors organized like a conventional gamut.

I liked the changes to the Camo Screen this patch - if there is room for improvement is not up to me...
