So, I've finally got some video capture going and have been throwing them up online for an assault guide I've written. However, I cannot figure out how to add a decent sound track to it. Anyone know of any good .flv editors?

I use AVS Video Editor (http://www.avs4you.com/).
It's licensed, but not overly expensive.
I tried SEVERAL others but they weren't as intuitive and did not have some of the features you can get with the full AVS Suite (there's a LOT of utilities and features).
There's probably better editors out there, but this one was semi cheap, and fairly easily understood. As long as you're not getting too fancy, you'll probably do ok with it.

the best for you would be: MKVToolNix GUI (free)
drag and drop the 2 files , video and audio, then multiplex them
Avidemux 2.6 (free) can also do the job and you can (re)encode with it too
or if you want to (re)encode after the multiplexing
use Handbrake (free)
or
AVS Video Editor/convertor who is costly and very limited
there is many many more option (muxing software) at your disposition

Windows Movie Maker is really easy to add a soundtrack to and easy to use.. A very basic editor but does its job..

I use Power Sound Editor to get the sound file right, and then I just overlay it onto the video using Window Movie Maker. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done.
