Add a new dimension to the matches by adding dynamic weather conditions! What if the weather went from extreme hot to extreme cold throughout the match..

Dynamic weather is a great idea.. we already have a sliver of that in the fog/snowstorm in Frozen City, and even though I personally hate it, I also kinda love it, cose' it adds to immersion.
I would suggest adding dynamic weather, but that fits individual maps. You can't have rain or snow on Terra Therma. There you can have meteor showers or ash storms.
Every map should have its own weather patterns, and this "weather" should only appear maybe 20% of the time.
Also, it should provide some heat bonuses/disadvantages only on maps that already have such modifiers. On maps that don't, it should be more about visibility and general immersion. Rain would cool you off, but not by much.. But it would make you wish your mech had windshield wipers..

Already planned (see previous Command Chairs).
After CW3 is released and they fix some particle issues on existing weather maps (Frozen City etc)
