I didn't manage to capture it, but while running around in my Pirates Bane the view suddenly changed like it was the third person drone flying in but faster, even though I was in first person the whole time.

The first time it happened on Mining Collective as I clipped some terrain right near spawn, and the second time it happened was on Alpine as I fell a short distance off the Sigma platform. I did a couple of laps but couldn't replicate it. This never happened before the patch.

This happened to me once a few weeks back. Reconnected after a disconnect, started moving around, and suddenly I left my mech and was flying around the map. It was... interesting.

I think this is different to what you are describing. This view bug only happened for the briefest of moments, about 1 second in total

Same thing happened to me over a year ago. Happened to be frapsing at the time.
