From the founders buy screen and my understanding of Mech weapon and aesthetic customization that in game currency may allow people to buy better weapons, making it a pay to win game, is this true? if so i'm not playing. Because pay to win games are bad, EX. Tribes: Ascend, due to retards spending immense amounts of money JUST to pubstomp people and troll games with their supposed "skill" , even though it is just wasted money on weapons.

Plz answer my question truefully and without Bias.

This is truly a rock paper scissors scenario. Unlike WoT, where you can purchase gold rounds and penetrate virtually any armor in the tiers around you. Based on the info made available so far, skills and experience are whats going to make the difference. And those, my friend, cannot be purchased.

No pay to win what so ever.

What you're to need is familiarity with a mech chassis and experience driving it, alongside a good team. AKA Skill, skill, skill.

Everyone has the same access to gear about the only real advantage is we rank up faster giving us better superficial stuff like skins, we can have a larger more customized mech bay, which might be a slight advantage if terrain is known beforehand, and we will likely be able to get and keep the stuff we want more easily. Naturally this is BT though so my custom platinum coated Atlas dies just as easily as your stock Atlas.

It has been stated that NOTHING except vanity items (skins paintjobs, cockpit items) will be attainable with only money. ALL weapons, armors, mechs and such can be gained by both real money and cbills, so anything in the game that effects gameplay, people will be able to get even if they don't spend real money.

Indeed....they have to make money somehow. They note that almost anything you can buy with money can be obtained in game without money. Also, I do not believe you can buy xp which is needed for some things IIRC. You can though, get a months premium to get a boost and possibly other things such as paint jobs. They do have to offer some product that needs to use cash as currency other wise F2P systems would not work. They do want some ROI.

While in-game currency allows for an easier time of getting advanced tech (read: better weapons), free players will have access to the same equipment. A PPC purchased for MechCredits is no different than a PPC purchased with c-bills. All weapons and 'Mechs are exactly the same, gameplay wise, regardless of how they were acquired.

If in your head the ability to gain things faster equates to "pay2win" then yes, this is completely true. Everyone has access to the same toys. If you can't stand the idea that someone might gain access to something before you, please move along.

Founders mechs have the 25% c-bill boost if I remember correctly, which essentially gives people who purchased the founders pack an edge. The question is, however, how large of one? Since you have to pilot that specific mech, or mechs if you shelled out the $120, you're artifially locked into those mechs. By that I mean that you will almost feel obliged in playing just your founder mechs. Another issue is that the 25% may only be good over a long period of time, and may not even give that big of a boost over the short term. It really depends on how you look at it. I'm personally going to sit back and wait for more details before I decide what to do.

Hopefully not, and from what I've seen this is most likely the case.

Anything Mechs / gear you can buy with real money, you can get in game with game money

People come here new ever single day and the user base grows. Many people that come may have little to no experience with forums or MMOs or even the FTP model. Lets not scare them off by being cranky about posts... (PS hey DEVS... lets get another round of beta keys out tomorrow so that some people have better things to do with their time then gripe about questions being repeated :D

short answer, no, longer answer, no, there will be no payed for mechs or armaments that cannot be obtained through free to play gameplay. (according to dev posts)

paid perks will be aesthetic only (different skins etc...) but there's not going to be any special pay to win ammo or ubermechs that you can only buy with cash etc...
