A mech tree specialization would be awesome. Sniper, Support, Missiles, and brawler specialization trees?!?!?! Make it per chassis so that you have to decide between sniping or missiles with the catapult for instance. I'm not saying it would have to be these specific 4, but I would specialize the hell out of a few chassis. There would definitely be meta specializations, but there would be some outstanding stuff out there that was out of the box.

I think the new PTS build is designed around the concept of nerf the players that have put hours and hours and hours upon hours leveling mech trees and instead take it away so the steam influx does not feel butt sore.
How about putting a penalty on winning, every win lowers your mechs stats by 10% of the current stats and every loss increases it by 5% of the current stats......



BTW that was a sarcastic idea and would be an absolutely horrible idea.
