Can I tweak the r_glow so it's not so big and gaudy? It's so distracting and makes aiming lasers at moving mechs so hard I have to disable it. But I'd like to enable it if I could tweak the glow to be smaller and sharper. I'd like it if it made the lasers look like cylindrical beams and on maps with a lot of glow, not so distracting.

Some cfg commands are

r_GlowAnamorphicFlares
r_GlowScreenMultiplier
r_HDRBloomMul

Anyone know if these have any affect?

Isnt that part of the Post Processing? If you mean the natural blur, disable post processing and the game will look sharp.

No it's this glow that gets added around lasers, parts of the cockpit and areas of the map. Setting r_glow to 0 gets rid of it and makes aiming lasers easier but I'd rather it just looked nicer and wasn't so obtrusive to aiming lasers, more so ER lasers...
