I think we all get it. There are some not so great players. If you don't have the stones to step, try and lead, and risk failure, can't see where you have any room to talk. I love both the graphic and the sentiment. I don't know Novakaine, but I've dropped with him plenty times before in passing and more recently, I've noted him positively using the in game VOIP, sometimes to the response of crickets, but sometimes to good effect. Even if only 20% of the time it makes a difference for a win, that's still 20% better W/L, yet to my bafflement, so many never ever want to do this, put their self out there when there is absolutely no downside except maybe someone razzing you or saying your plan sux. Even then, it's pretty obvious when the team loses that the other guy's idea was no better either.

So keep it up and more folks should step up.

Not exactly. I usually hear "thanks for leaving me" or "thanks for letting my assault get swarmed by lights" from a pilot right after he dies. And its his first communication....
