Why don't we have All Clan Chat and All IS Chat? We can talk to our own factions but can't coordinate defense in game between the Houses or Clans.

Also can we have these chat tabs on the home screen?

One more thing. Why can't we group up for defense of a planet? I understand that only a single faction can attack, but since all can defend, why can't we group up?
