The mentionend Cataphracts have the following quirks:
  • Additional Armor (Full Body) +8 (all)
  • Additional Struct (Full Body) +10 (all)
  • Target Acq Delay +1.25s (not 0XP)
  • ---
  • Target Acq Delay +0.75s (only 0XP)
  • Target Retention Time +1 (only 0XP)
  • Sensor Range +150 (only 0XP)
And the following characteristics:
  • Sensor Range 600m
  • T.A.R. 250 MS
in case of the 0XP
  • Sensor Range 750m
  • T.A.R. 450 MS
Evaluation:

I do like the special role of the 0XP, to be "more info-techy" variant. The struct/armor bonuses look solid (best bonuses among the IS Heavies) though especially the side-torsos of the Phract could use a special reinforcement.

The 0XP could maybe get some even more creative quirks, e.g.
  • Target Profile -1 size
  • Beagle Active Probe modifiers +25%
  • ECM modifiers +10% or
  • UAV time +10s
The Ilya-Muromets (CTF-IM Hero) should be getting negative quirks on infotech since it is supposed to be a "patchwork" of repairs and not in a good shape. Maybe even
  • No struct buff or neg struct quirk
  • Double armor buff
to reflect this.

Good but not enough,

CTF Needs
+20 Ct structure + 15 to Ct armor
+15 to Lt / Rt structure +10 to Lt / Rt armor
+10 to La / Ra Structure +7 to La / Ra armor

In lore it states that CTF can stand toe to toe with an assault MECH this how to do it and this is for all variants even the ILM the ILM is the only hero MECH that doesn't have Decent structure quirks look at the Orion hero the Thunderbolt hero and the Catapult hero and you will see what I am talking about.

The 4X needs to replaced it no longer has any place in this game too slow too weak only way to fix this is move hard points and add hard points 1ballistic in each arm 1 in each torso and unlock the engine size .
