Engine Size Coupling To Torsomovement

I think it is time to unlink these 2 things.

This way mechs can be made unique with their torso movement. Some mechs lack fast moving torso's because their engines are too small, but those mechs should have quick torso movement.

I can... technically agree. I don't see too much harm in doing such a thing, I have yet to understand the the reason for having it the way it is now. So I'm all for it, unless if there is more to know.

WOW.. ok.. You got me on this one..

I though to tell you that the idea of making heavier engines affect torso twisting is ridiculous.. but its like that NOW?

As a clanner who doesn't get to change engines.. I HAD NO IDEA.

Definitely...

Torso twisting speed should depend on mech weight and general nimbleness, not engine size..

Some mechs are just more nimble than others, and engine size should not affect this..
