Four hundred tons of fire and steel.
The screams of the dying and burning hulks made the night surreal.
Steely eyed warriors face full of sweat and soot.
All fall before us let fear take root.
We met chance on the whims of fate.
Though our faces unknown yet our determination great.
On the crest of a volcano the minions of hell stood before us that day.
Spitting uranium and fire that would cause mere men to quake.
Yet these warriors my happenstance comrades they did not waver.
Strong arms for our shields and light as our sword we charged forward.
To their credit the hordes stood the ground, and well they fought.
But alas to no avail we were titans among titans, our fierce aim was wrought.
All lay dead save one we left alive to spread this tale.
Four hundred tons of fire and steel did prevail.
The battle hence over we went our separate ways.
I known not their faces, but let our spirit be known to all.
Four hundred ton of fire and steel.
We were the wall.
