[Midnight Storm]

Simple question, I've never been good at building mechs or seeing if they're worth anything.
However, I tried out a trial mech with 3 LPLs and I thought something similiar might work on a Dragon.

Is this build any good as a light hunter of sorts? I'm sure it could be improved, but I'd like to know if it's a start at least.

hmm i would rock this in the short to medium range of the pack or be in someones face on a map lets say bog, but places like alpine i would be a lil more hesitant to run it in. though im not a fan of reducing armor but the speed will make up for most of it but it looks a lil under whelming at first glance but im thinking your going for dps and constant fire so i would rock it.

worse case u just change up the engine for a smaller one to toss on some more firepower.

it's not bad, but also not overly great.

swap the LPL to the shoulder because they are higher mounts, and you will be slightly better.

but i recommend dropping the MPL to ML and dropping a few DHS for a ballistic.

The XL engine is a weakness, but if you're good at using cover and shielding your torso it could be succesful. You're a very small heavy mech so people will probably ignore you if there's a bigger target.

Yeah, it is.

yours could run the LPL+ML good enough still, but drop it to a xl340 since they are a bunch lighter for little speed loss.

PPC+AC5 also work well in groups too, with matching velocity, and complimenting DPS.

remember that your left torso is eye level, and you can take advantage of it on hills and ridges first.
