I could not find anything from a search, so here it goes. Why do we only have a single Drop Deck? It seems a no brainer to at least have 2. An Attack and a Defend so you can easily switch between them depending on the match you land rather than having to scramble to reconfigure.
Maybe I missed previous discussion of this. Thanks,

This was suggested several times already... even as an MC purchase for extra DD slots, pretty much like mech bays. Not just attack and defend, but you could setup several DD's depending on the map, or the enemy you are facing. Or just for variety.
Try searching "save drop decks".

I think it was mentioned that for CW phase 3, we'd have 2 drop decks.
When will Phase 3 drop? whothefuckknows.

It was mentioned, but I think it was 1 Clan and 1 IS drop deck, not 2 Clan or 2 IS decks.

Some F2P games allow you to buy extra convenience space for in-game currency or cash. An ideal would be to allow both.

Thanks for the replies. I can't imagine them requiring it as a revenue stream. If they want to make CW successful they need to make it more user friendly to use and navigate, just like they have been trying to do with the Mechlab GUI.
Again thanks,

PGI seems to drag their feet when it comes to micro-transaction features. Seems like paying MC for extra dropdeck presets is a no brainer but its also not a top priority. Its probably only a fraction of their revenue. They get most of their money from packs these days (from what it seems)
The 4-mech CW format has the strongest form of monetization CW can ever already have. I saw 1 person in CW with 3 of those ECM 0XP Cataphracts when they were a still a pre-order (not the smartest move). I'm sure at least someone out there bought 3 Top Dogs just for CW. Point is, CW already creates a dropdeck platform for not only more bonus invasion/resistance/hero mechs but also a reason for dupes of those mechs for whoever wants to pay extra

Although from day 1 PGI seems incapable of understanding the word "microtransaction"
The community has literally handed them dozens of ways to make tons of money and add revenue streams to their profit margin. They seem pretty convinced that their pricing scheme is exactly where it needs to be. I guess they're right though, it's been years and it's still working for them.
I've just never understood how a for profit company would refuse to integrate ideas from their paying customers telling them that they would hand them money for things like this. *shrugs*
