For example in this way: if there is 1 disconnect on Blue team, at least make the match an 11 vs 11 game.

Or a 11 vs 10 game (the team that's 1 short needs to kill 10 to win, the team which has 1 extra mech needs to kill 11 playing and then, finish the disconnected guy).

Or even plain make someone on the outnumbering team sit out at random, and give them score compensation.

Or give everyone in the shorted team a c-bill/XP bonus for the guy not playing (9.1% bonus).
