Since i like pulse lasers i thought lets try out an all c-mpl timberwolf.

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...c4373725caab6fe

Modules are "Radar Deprivation" and "Target Info Gathering".

Arm mpls's in 1st group, torso mpl in 2nd group and srms in 3rd group.

It melts armor real fast and is good to take out components, but you have to watch your heat a little bit. Out of my Timberwolf builds it's the most successfull. Try it out and have fun.

My first time out with this build was an 1100 damage game with only the Basics, no modules, and no strikes. I do have the weapons grouped a little differently. Group 1 is the 2 left arm MPL and the LT MPL on group fire. Group 2 is the 2 right arm MPL, RT MPL, and CT MPL set to chain fire. Then group 3 is SRM's on group fire. Setting group 2 to chain fire helps me keep the heat under control some what better, though it can creep up fast.

I tend to keep the left and right sides of my mechs grouped according to side whenever I can to make peaking around corners a little easier.

I just won the champion TBR-C. I like the stock setup, but I think I'm going to go with the SRM's like you have to add a little punch to my brawling.

Ok, brawling all the way, huh. :D

Well, i don't get the "Target Info Gathering"- Module. What is your thought process behind that decision? IMO the "Seismic Sensor" - Module makes more sense in a bralwing config like yours.

Secondly, i do think your build is too hot, which could limit you damage output in the long run. If your like Wubsi builds, i would recommend you 5 mpl and 1 lpl, that way you are prepared for every combat situation without overheating too much.

I run it with an TBR A side torso omnipod, so i can put all my lasers in the torso and the left arm. That way i can use my right arm as a shield and it makes, peaking around a corner easier in some situations. I try to find my mechspechs-link but i think you can derive a build from this post. :)

Nevertheless, your build has an scary alpha^^

Seismic >= radar derp > everything else.

Wow revived from the death thread.

Well i changed the loadout a little bit since then:

Modules since get an additional MPL range module and some consumables. The idea behind the "Target Info Gathering" is simply to find the weak spots of a target faster. I have a good situational awareness, so seismic doesn't benefit me that much.

Ok, modified the build with another heatsink and one less SRM6, still looks like it will run hot, but a 64 alpha is nothing to laugh at. [smurfy]http://mwo.smurfy-ne...f1ec107212b8a16[/smurfy]

The Targeting computer is just to get a little better zoom and info. I am a long way from mastering TBRs and do not have the C-Bills for any of the modules. Its the most advantage i can afford ATM.
