[Mad Porthos]

Looked at the intended PTS4 Raven 4x quirks. Gotta say I have an issue with them. The 4x raven is the lone ballistic mech, yet as the ballistic specialist, it loses all ballistic quirks. Not cool. It's like it's being ignored for the sort of generalized quirks in it's important weapon class ballistic, where others have had significant buffs.

I know I have made 4x ravens work with 2 ac2, an ac5, uac5, even ac 10 and 20. Ballistics were part of the flavor and soul of the mech and it was not a mere joke or afterthought to have such. Yet it's been removed in favor of quirks that now favor it being more about it's lasers or it's one missile slot. Not cool.
