Assault Game Mode Change

I was thinking about it seems people just want to play skirmish only which has little tactical value and offers little for all mech weight classes. At the same time I see how assault is not much better as most players feel defending the base is not worth it and they are better off killing the enemy before they can finish capping. How about this for a twist to make capping or defending the base worth while.

Make the base valuable for intelligence. As with any base it is a source for information, organization and troop movements. Why not make capping gather such information as a base is capped. If your base is 1/4 capped the enemy can see your teams in game chat. At 1/2 capped they can then hear your teams in game voice communication. At 3/4 capped they can see your troop movements unless your under ECM. Last of course if they fully cap they win. Also in turn if your team goes back to base they can stay on base to undo the capping and plug the information leak. This will make information warfare a thing. Flanking and scouting becomes even more important.

So please comment. I have not been playing MWO as much & really lost interest as each time I play it feels the same no matter what game mode. I think adding this to assault would make team game play that much more important.
