Since the last patch, every time I try to play a faction game, I get my mech running toward the enemy, game crash, rejoin after tedious long game load in, see dead mech, dropship, run towards enemy.... game crash... rinse and repeat. Run repair tool. Play game. Start over from beginning. My experience for the faction challenge has been waiting for loads, clicking through intros, waiting for matches, crashs, rejoins, error reports, and losing so many games my player skill rating dropped a tier. Spent 10 minutes actually playing the game for every hour worth of loading and crashes. Only been since the event started. Game plays fine in skirmish mode. Annoyed. Screw the event, I'll play vanilla.

Have you tried playing a match on the testing ground before you enter a cw match?
