i dont know if this will be a real quirk or if it was miss coding on pgi's side but i dont think the locust deserves to have a -50% to energy cooldown, can someone let me know if this isnt a glitch cause i've looked at the quirk chart and specifically say +50% to energy cooldown. reposted this to the right sub forum this time

A -50% cooldown makes the weapons fire slower. The 50% is an reduction of the time it takes to fire. I get what your saying and it seems awkward in thinkning. BUT. Tried out a LPL with modulas. Thing pumps out fire REALLY quick, but pushes that heat up quickly. Almost forced to leave the fray to cool down. Nice balance I think on this thinking but would be nice for a small heat reduction quirk. I can live with this. Also max engine with 10 heatsinks for reference.

-50% cooldown effectively cuts your DPS in half. It's completely unnecessary in a Locust. They need all the help they can get.

ALSO ! Laser range +0.15 ! insteed +15%
and now 4 ballistic slots are usefull
