the Wolfhound has the edge in speed, focused firepower, and tankyness. the main thing the firestarter's got on it is weapons on both arms and mobility. they're both good mechs, the Wolfhound is just meant as a Frontline light. Firestarter's better at picking off stragglers. they both have their place.
i vehemently diagree with the "Wolf hound is not great" part though. it's an excellent mech for its intended role.
