I feel sorry for some of your current or future spouses if you nitpick non-issues like this.

I like it. Don't care what Billy Tryhard did with his meta mech. Saves me a click to look at what's important.

.... why put the focus on individual stats in a team based game?

Actually, I think I have an answer to this. Our personal stat screen tells us how well we folllowed the rules as layed down by PGI. If they are trying to create a team-focused game, then when we play well as a team our stats should reflect that in Cbills and XP. The team score screen tells us how well we followed the rules relative to our teammates.

(I know what I just assumed there above, honest I do!)

You fail to see the point of when you change things which arent broken and when you do look further then your nose and offer solutions when people want to go back.*

*Depends what changed. In this case the score screen is like i said you could make something in settings to make which screen you want to see as default.

B-B-But...it takes a full month to get the idea and another two months to implent it.

Meh...

I liked it better the old way so that I could immediately see how my team and I did (usually to berate somebody on my team before they disconnect if they did exceptionally bad and/or were shittalking) but I like to check both screens pretty much every time anyways.

Is it a big deal? Not really, and people have pointed out a couple reasons to change it, which I don't really think is necessary but it's not like there's no reason either.

I don't see the need to get upset about it.

There are a a couple of annoying clickity-click things in the client.

Saving a mech in the mechbay, for example.
I hit "Save" after removing an engine or all weapons and the game asks me (twice) if I really want to save that.
What? Of course I want to save it, what do you think I hit that big, yellow "SAVE" button for.

Changing weapon-groups.
I hit "save" and the program asks me if I _really_ want to save the new weapons groups.
What do you think?
I hit the "save" button.
Obviously I want to order a cup of coffee :rolleyes:

Closing the game.
I click "Log out"
Program asks me: "Do your really want to leave?"
No you stupid program, I am just hitting random buttons, now log me out already! I hit "Yes"
Log-in screen comes up
I have to click _again_, this time "Exit"
And again, the program asks me "Do you really want to leave?"
I start to get _really_ annoyed "yes you bloody idiot!"


But the score screen?
You gotta be kidding me!

It's an annoyance, I prefer it the old way.

I'm guessing they want to emphasize your cbills, and de-emphasize how your team did, how you did or how others did.

They are "End of Match Stats" so it ain't about the Team anymore at that point. The Pay Master does not give a **** about whether you Won or Lost, just what you are owed. ;)

It's annoying as hell.

The ONLY reason why PGI did this is to remind the new players to get premium time.

If there was a freaking option to turn off the "You would have gotten X C-bills and Y XP if you had premium time", I would immediately enable it.

There's absolutely NO POINT in telling you that you would've gotten 0 XP and 0 C-bills when you've just played a private match.

It's just outright pants on head dumb.
