Prior to the last few "patches" we were able to select the type of game mode (Skirmish, Assault, Conquest) that we were interested in. I don't mind the voting on map feature, but I only like to play Skirmish and once you're on the selection/voting section you can't back out.
PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE..... Put that option back in, or allow a back-out option and allow time for folks who could FILL your position (waiting on standby essentially) to grab your spot as to not leave your fellow teammates short.
It seemed like before this most recent patch that allows for multiple voting, Skirmish and Assaults ruled....... but now with the "lets make it fair" patch, it seems most all the modes I see end up as Conquest.
Please allow us to chose our game mode preference prior to joining a voting screen like before the voting screen appeared this month.
