$120 means Legendary pack, which means CB *ONLY* guaranteed on August 7th. It is now July 10th, so therefore you are entitled to MW4:Mercs still. Hang in there, we're gonna make it.

The actual release date of the content you paid for, as evident on the Founder's Pack purchase website, is August 7th.

You have no grounds to argue that you somehow deserve access earlier than the date as advertised when you made your purchase.
