I was very rarely dropping below 30 frames pre-Nov.17, and getting upwards of 60 on some maps. After the patch I'm consistently getting unplayable 15-25 frames even on maps like Tourmaline that traditionally have very good FPS for me.
What gives? My system has not changed, I have not done any OS updates or any changes whatsoever.

Still problems does not seem to be my PC. Also if your PC is running fine it might be because you were far above the threshold for lower frame rates.
