I have recently purchased

PerformancePack Gift Pack
[color="gray"]Assault 'Mech Performance Pack[/color] $60.00

on 11/24.

I have received a receipt and conformation number for my purchase.
i also received a redeem code but when i enter the provided code i get this message.
"You cannot redeem this code as it would downgrade your current package level"

Anyone else have this issue?
I have been in contact with support ( Sergio Santos) and has since resent the same code and i get the same result...

They temporarily pulled the performance packs from the store. I'm guessing this caused your code to then be unable to be redeemed. Hopefully CS can fix the issue, otherwise you might have to wait until Steam release on Dec 10th.
