So I already have the "Tier 1" clan mechs mastered (TBR, EBJ, HBR, DWF, SCR, ACH). Given the 2x XP event along with all the cbills I've accumulated, I'm looking for recommendations on another clan chassis to get. Preferably something unique and fun that runs builds I otherwise wouldn't be able to run with the Tier 1 mechs. I had high hopes for Shadowcat but it seems very underwhelming. What's the best chassis in the remaining clan mechs?

Not that Im much fan of metaing (I favor unusual custom builds myself, though sometimes try meta builds for the heck of it)

When it comes to the Clan mechs, the "best of the rest" are:
Warhawk - reasonably fast, but has limited space and pay load. Some fun could possibly be had with this
Summoner - has good vertical mobility, but a weapons payload of a medium mech.
Ice Ferret - aka. beer fridge, it's fast like a Cicada, that is about it
