With the new "fixed hit boxes" the Nova dies even more often, due to that increased side torso. I have been playing Novas for more than 6 months now. My stats which PGI can check shows 2400+ kills only on Novas. Im not crying just for crying, I know what Im talking about.

They were ok (for a Nova), now they are broken, fix it plz PGI!

I've actually found it to be slightly tougher.

How do you play it? Lots of torso twisting?

Try out not torso twisting with it, don't go full twist, maybe 5 to 10 degrees back and fourth when being shot up and spread the damage like that, if you really need to protect one side torso over the other you can still turn the mech about 25 degrees or so and block the enemy from hitting that side while giving them a more equal opportunity for side and CT damage.

Honestly only difference i see in the Nova now is that when you torso twist to the side you are actually covering your side, face tanking is now the current equivalent of what you would have done torso twisting. In the meantime use it to your advantage and keep damage on targets.

I feel your pain dude, Nova for life! But despair not :) after talking to Russ on twitter he had the team redo the Nova (and Jenner) hitboxes again. I showed him an image about where I thought the hitboxes should be (more ST from the front, but close to original from the side) and he said that is about where they ended up for the change!

We should be back up and running at full capacity on December 1st!

This is how well I used to torso twist in a Nova...As I said before, I know what I'm talking about. Anyway, they are fixing it after all. Thx for the support!
