Raven, 4x. Possibly Huginn as well.
I would love to see a ninja edit on this, specifically regarding BALLISTICS. Of the core, lore based ravens, the 4x was the only ballistic raven and enjoys two such ballistic hardpoints, yet they remove the ballistics quirks so appropriate to this ballistic specialist mech. It pays a missile and an energy hardpoint for those two ballistics and there are those who very effectively used them for something other than machine guns, running them for ac2's, 5's even ultra 5's that were not joke builds. Yet they are now devoid of any recognition of this role - far from what seemed intended by this quirk pass to make mechs have more varied loadouts by means of generalization of quirks.

Huginn as well, is pigeonholed into fast fire srm4 mayhem, by recieving only missile quirks, ignoring it's 4 ballistic mounts. Some concievable builds might have actually used the ballistic aspect of the Huginn, to run twin ac2, or a gauss or some variant along the lines of 1xac2, 3mg and some missiles. Why bother though, if that ballistic focus has been ignored. Other mechs really are better at ballistics and it just seems like another dropping of the ball, the attention wandering as they forget older mechs, like the jenners (except oxide), ballistic ravens, commandos and the like.
