Let me tell you a true story.
Once upon a time, long long before you showed up, there was a developer who called himself Firestorm...

I spent time lurking the forums without posting, myself. I have been waiting for the game since MW5 was first "announced". I would like to get into beta as well, but I do NOT think a beta invite means "playing the game". It is a time to help develop it so it is able to be as good as it can be at launch. I will not pout and throw a rage fit if I do not get an invite. It would be silly, and it would be immature. That you are "Pending" is not the devs "thumbing their nose at you", it is a status. It means that you haven't been chosen YET! And just because you are sitting there and wanting to play the game, doesn't mean that you get into a Beta test. For that matter, just because I bought a Founders Pack, doesn't mean that I am invited either.
The attitude that "if I don't get an invite now, I am not going to play", is a very big indicator that you are not a good choice to do a Beta Test anyway. Being in Beta means you will have frustrations, and that you will have problems. The game isn't ready to go "live", so your experience isn't going to be "funner then a bag of Fraggles". If you are so very frustrated by not getting a beta invite, when you have contributed nothing to either the game or community, then you are not likely to contribute to the development of the game by posting Beta Test reports, or Bug Reports, or even trying crazy/stupid things to see if you can find where problems or exploits are in the game anyway. You will only "play" to win.
