Err. I am not sure what I should do. I wanted the CPU to last forever; therefore, I overclocked it from 2.88 to 3.08.

I've fogoten if Teh Soft Wall is in any of these links, but the idea is when the voltage bump pattern changes, you are pushing though Teh Wall, and maybe you shouldn't.

You might also want to go get a new SSD to boot from, so you would still have the old drive, for easy booting if you scramble the install on the SSD …
