The Issue:

Every time I attempt to log in, I am met with two errors just after the "Loading Mechlab" screen goes away and is replaced by the "Connecting" circle.

The first error reads:Unknown Failure.

The second error reads: Server connection was lost.

This issue popped up in mid November, and made it impossible to play the game. I checked the forums and tried any solution I could find. Eventually I filled out a support ticket and hoped they could work some magic. When i heard back they gave me a list of solutions to try. I never got around to going through them all, as I became busy with classes. However, NONE of the given solutions I tried worked. The next week, I logged on again and I was able to play like normal.

The December 1st patch came along, and the error popped up yet again. I went through ALL of the steps given to me by support, and NONE of them worked. None of the solutions on the forums worked, and none of the solutions from the support team helped.

At this point I'm at a complete loss of what to do. The most frustrating thing about this issue is if you name a possible solution, odds are I've most likely already tried that.

Is anyone else experiencing this or a similar issue? If so how have you gone about solving the problem?
