It already has them.

The only difference besides the obviously useless quirks is an energy range quirk.

I checked the PTS (it's still operational) and didn't see those quirks listed there. Seems like a "quality" QA job.

What's worse is there is a Highlander, an Assault mech, which has fewer hard points than many heavy or even medium mechs.
