Reason is, on the one hand there are a looot of issues, which can be fixed by the above methods and on the other hand if it is such a issue, you could have a lot of troubles reproducing them. Problems which cannot be reproduced are very hard to fix
Both things need a lot of time, which cannot be spent to solve other problems
Just let the repair tool run through one time, make screenshot again after the issue appears the next time, and tell them you repaired and the problem still occurs. Also, put the link to this thread into the email, saying there are other people having this issue.

Duplicate messages
Messages that disappear into the void
Letters still triggering hotkeys while typing (ie "Epsi!" triggers a power down because of 'p')
Messages being lost between screens
Lost messages half sending when sending a new message on the next screen
It's seriously borked, and I'm glad I can now use VOIP most of the time
Note some of the dates - April 2014, but it was broken since at least Open Beta when I started playing

http://windows.micro...ter-repeat-rate
Note, even though it says for Win XP it still applies to Vista, and Win 7, and I assume Win 10 but I can't check that right now.
